These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bos-Japie website (bos-japie.co.za) and your purchase of products from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the site, or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. About us

Bos-Japie is a South African brand specialising in original wildlife-themed apparel and custom printing. You can reach us at info@bos-japie.co.za or on WhatsApp at 063 147 8128.

3. Products, designs and pricing

We sell T-shirts and apparel featuring original Bos-Japie designs. Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice. We show product photographs and colours as accurately as we can, but actual colours and print placement may vary slightly. Please use our size guide before ordering.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order you make an offer to buy, which we confirm by email. Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s hosted checkout; we do not store your full card details. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, where an item is out of stock, a price is shown in error, or we suspect fraud), and will refund any payment already taken.

5. Discounts

Promotional discounts, such as any storewide spend-and-save offer, apply automatically at checkout under the stated conditions and may change or end at any time.

6. Shipping and delivery

We deliver across South Africa. See our Shipping page for options and timelines. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

7. Returns and refunds

Defective or incorrect items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Intellectual property

All Bos-Japie designs, artwork, logos, text and images are owned by or licensed to Bos-Japie and are protected by law. You may not reproduce, resell or otherwise use them without our written permission. Custom design work remains subject to the terms agreed for that specific project.

9. Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or misuse its content.

10. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Where any term conflicts with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bos-Japie is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This clause does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site and to orders placed after it is posted.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
