Our Policy

Returns At a Glance

We keep our returns process simple and honest. Read the key points below before getting in touch.

7-Day Window

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery to start the return process.

Unworn Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

No Size Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please use our size guide and contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Defective Items Only

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or items significantly different from what was ordered. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Before You Order

The most common reason for dissatisfaction is incorrect sizing. We strongly recommend checking our size guide before placing your order — especially for gifts and bulk orders.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@bos-japie.co.za or on WhatsApp at 063 147 8128.
  2. Describe the defect — include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assess it quickly.
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions for returning the item or a replacement.
